I launched my career in the luxury travel industry with a major French hotel group, quickly progressing over five years to become Director of Sales. Motivated by new challenges, I then joined one of the industry’s leading Destination Management Companies. I first excelled in Operations and Logistics, gaining hands-on expertise in on-site management, before moving into Sales where I leveraged this experience to drive business growth.
As Director of Sales, I successfully led all RFP processes and built strategic partnerships that enhanced the company’s market positioning.

After six years in the hotel and hospitality industry, I joined a leading Destination Management Company as Director of Marketing at the headquarters. My mission was to evaluate the company’s performance at both European and international levels, and to define a more efficient strategy for marketing and sales investments. I introduced innovative branding and communication trends specifically tailored to the corporate market, driving stronger market positioning and engagement.
After many successful years in the industry, our entrepreneurial spirit led us to seek a new challenge: to build something of our own. In 2008, IN CORP was born.
Today, IN CORP thrives with a passionate team of six full-time experts — four based in Paris and two on the French Riviera — supported by 36 part-time specialists, along with an additional team of 18 in Monaco and Cannes. Together, we have proudly delivered high-impact programs for leading companies across North America, the UK, and France.
